The Maastricht weather system generated a composition of feathers based on the current weather in the city of Maastricht. It takes into account temperate, the direction and the strength of the wind. The temperature influence the colors of the feathers, while the direction and intensity of the wind determines which way the feathers are faced and how much feathers will be generated.
